This devotional is intended to be of help to the average family. The illustrations are simple and direct, tending to arouse the child’s interest and to deepen his spiritual life.

We trust God for fruit in the lives of readers and pray God’s richest blessings upon the homes where the members of the family meet daily in communion with God. Our hope is that all homes shall have this blessed practice of meeting together around the Word at least once a day.
